We will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in good condition, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 21 days from the receipt of the original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of original order. Please return it by mail to: Lincoln Historical Society; 63 Quaker Street; Lincoln, VT 05443. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If you have any questions on returns or refunds, contact us by email.

Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday). The shipping method for this item is USPS Retail Ground ($4.00) with an estimated arrival date of 3-8 days for orders shipped to contiguous U.S. states. For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Europe, and elsewhere, the shipping rates will be more and delivery dates will be longer.
